Keen Design is co-founder of the Center of Research on User Experience (CRUX), a virtual research institute that has ties with Utrecht University.
Together with other CRUX participants, including Rabobank and the Dutch Tax Authorities, CRUX is a staging ground for innovative research projects. These are projects that enable us to do more fundamental research that would otherwise get litte attention when priorities lie with the here and now.
