Most customers have already completed a preliminary phase in their project. In that preliminary phase, a lot of attention is usually paid to the problem area and to the requirements and wishes of the own organization. In many cases, however, the perspective of the users is missing and the problem statement is incomplete. Only when addressing these issues can a good translation be made into a solution.
In a sprint zero, Keen usually works on a UX Concept. This concept clarifies the problem statement, including the user's perspective. And the different solution directions are devised. After all, a digital product does not consist of a collection of separate screens. There is always a flow and dependencies between the screens, with an underlying concept.
As soon as the UX Concept is clear, the detailed designs of the digital product can be made in the following sprints.
The costs of a UX Concept depend on the complexity of your product, but there are some key figures (after filling out a form).
